error loading policy check details

Setup stalls on step 3 “Confirm store requirements· . Displays error at the bottom left of the screen “There was an error loading policy check details. There has been a critical error on this website”. I have tried deactivating all the plugins except Woocommerce and it is still the same

I understand that, while going ahead with setting up the Google Listings & Ads plugin for the first time, the error appears on the Step 3 screen, when following the setup and configuration documentation. Am I getting this?

Additionally, I went ahead with checking out the site at http://www.discosaltafidelidad.es, and could find various pages linked in its footer with “politica” (policy in Spanish) in their name.

If I understand you correctly, you already tried deactivating all plugins, leaving only WooCommerce and Google Listings & Ads. Just curious, while deactivating the plugins, were you also able to switch to a default theme?

Please also double-check that all information is filled correctly in Google Listings & Ads.

If that doesn’t help, please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Logs, and let us know if you find any generated log file for the “Google Listings & Ads” plugin.
