Error loading the configurator data

    Hi there,

    The configurator opened fine when I opened the link you shared.
    You may only get the error because you are logged in, and the configurator data is handled differently.

    Could you go to Settings > Product Configurator > General options > Miscellaneous, and enable the setting “Disable GZIP compression of the configuration data (only affects the ajax request)”

    If this does not change, could you then enable “Disable caching of configurations”? This way I’ll be able to see the same data as when logged in.
