Error Loading the tooltips class in Ajax Toggle Infinite Scroll

    I am trying to use this plugin to show excerpt over hover on title, after the content loads via ajax infinite scrolling, it shows <p> the excerpt</p> naked, with tooltips class visible.
    I have seen people struggling with this over internet forums. They suggest to put the ajax call for javascript after the ajax load, as it is only limited to onload function.
