Could you please check if you are you using the latest release (4.7.0 at the moment)?

Yes i’m using latest version 4.7.0 along with PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce – mPDF (2.7.0)

Could you also check if you are using a custom PDF template, in WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > General > Choose a template?
