Error: Logistics-00101 – on certain postcodes

    Hi,

    When our customer’s customer tries to buy any products on the webpage and load in information from vipps they get an error: Logistics-00101.

    This only seems to happen for this one customer, and if I or the websites owner tries to do the same there is no errors, although we have other postcodes.

    Works: 7078
    Doesnt work: 7012

    More verbose information about error:

    “Levering til oppgitt adresse er ikke støttet.
    Vennligst prøv en annen adresse. (Feilkode: Logistics-00101)”

    Translated to english:
    “Delivery to given address is not supported.
    Please try another address. (Errorcode: Logistics-00101)”

    Hello,

    I was not able to reproduce this on your linked site when testing the following addresses:
    – Erling Skakkes gate 24, 7012 Trondheim
    – Carl Johans gate 10, 7010 Trondheim
    – xxx, 2315 Hamar

    Could you send a screenshot of your WooCommerce shipping settings, with shipping zones etc.?

    Yes, thank you.

    I think we need to see your logs to troubleshoot this; can you please:

    1. Open WooCommerce -> status -> logs
    2. Send us the file(s) named ‘woo-vipps’ from the date(s) where the issue occured

    You might also want to review any ‘fatal errors’ log in there if there is any, which might point to other issues whether related or not.

    There are no fatal errors, and no warnings/notices that seem relevant.

    I see that you have several shipping classes (Fraktklasser) and the calculation method of pricing each freight class separately. It may be that the issue has to do with the exact contents of the shopping cart, because we have failed to replicate this ourselves. Do you know exactly what the customer was trying to purchase?

    Ok, jeg ser at dette produktet er merket med “Ingen fraktklasse”. Når jeg går til https://forlagetmarvin.no/handlekurv/ og taster inn addressen min der – i oslo – så får jeg opp “Ingen fraktalternativer ble funnet for xxx oslo." – altså uten å være innom Vipps.

    Jeg mistenker at grunnen er at instillingene deres har “I/A” satt opp som pris på produkter uten fraktklasse; og at det er dette som gjør at ikke noe fraktalternativ er tilgjengelig. Kan dere forsøke å gi dette produktet en fraktklasse, eller evt. sette en pris på “Ingen fraktklasse” ?

    Det ser ut som at du er på sporet av noe der, endret til “fri frakt” klassen, men fikk samme feil ved refresh.
    Tømte handlekurv og prøvde å legge inn samme produkt på nytt og gikk til checkout på nytt og da får jeg ikke lengre feil her hos meg.
