    Hi dear
    I have an error when i try to deactivate cloudflare full page cache

    I have another question: how can i a clean install of your puglin?
    I had an old installation, i removed siteground plugin and today i reinstalled it

    I want to do a clean install (when i re-installed the plugin it has old configuration-set up)

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Once our plugin is deactivated and deleted, there will be leftover records in the options table of the WordPress database. The options are left in case you wish to reinstall the plugin, as this will restore the previously used configuration. In case you wish to perform a clean install, just access the phpMyAdmin, search for siteground_optimizer in the options table and remove the entries. This will ensure that you have no options saved in the database.

    In regards to the Cloudflare issue, I would suggest contacting our helpdesk asking for further assistance.
