    Hi,

    Could you please provide more information, such as which version you are using and where you are attempting to backup? You can share logs and server information at https://pastebin.com/ and send the link.

    Also, have you tried reinstalling the plugin?

    Hi, thanks a lot for your suggestions. I didn’t reinstall the plugin because I’m afraid to loose all settings of the backup. The implemantation and settings have been made by a guy who left the “Stadttheater Bocholt” some years ago. So I have to do the administration now. I’m not very familiar with all the settings in WordPress, php, database, and php. So I’m afraid the website stadttheater-bocholt.de will not work anymore, if I do something wrong. The whole website with database etc. is hosted by “Domain Factory” (df.eu). Many greetings Robert Tepaße
