• I am having problems, sure hope someone can help me. I am using Twenty Eleven theme and trying to get a “facebook” looking video in my sidebar. Tried several different plugins, found a code to put in “function.php” so I tried that. Now all I get is this error message:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘}’ in /home/crazyladieshouse/public_html/wp/wp-content/themes/twentyeleven/functions.php on line 251

My computer shut down and now I can’t even get back to my site to delete the code.

Please, please, please someone help me!!

  • What ever code you added on functions.php file is causing the problem you need to login on server using ftp and on right find functions.php file right click and click edit view and delete the code added and then save and see if your site opens.

Thank you for your help. I’m such a beginner, never should have messed with the code. Its hard when you read some web pages that tell you how easy it is to change the appearance with just adding this simple code. Again thank you, I did get it fixed with the help of a friend.
