    How do I fix this message which appears above my dashboard

    That appears to be a problem with the wp-fb plugin – which is outdated and evidently not supported any longer:

    http://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-fb/

    If you are able to login to your site, deactivate and delete that plugin. If not, you can use FTP or Cpanel access to delete it from the plugins folder:

    wp-content
     plugins
         wp-fb - DELETE THIS FOLDER
