Error message

    An error message has appeared on the top of my page view of the Customizer. Thought I did something, so backed out without saving, but the error message still persists, as follows:

    Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas09_data02/51/2563651/html/wp-content/themes/make/inc/customizer/sections/static-front-page.php on line 22

    I updated both WP and Make today. Thx.

    error message when uploading exodus theme

    Theme is Make.
    I cannot save any changes in Customizer with this error message up top.

    Hi @luskra

    I am not able to replicate this error. To confirm, you are using WP 4.2.2 and Make 1.5.2?

    Hi. I appreciate your help. Yes, WP 4.2.2 and Make 1.5.2.

    It seems that changes are indeed saved, even though it is not indicated by the “Saved” button on the top left.

    Only plugin is Jetpack.

    I have another Make install running with no issues, same specs as this one. Ideas?

    That is a puzzle. Are both sites on the same host? Are you logged in as an Administrator?

    Have you tried temporarily disabling Jetpack?
