Hi when I write a new post, it is coming up with this error…

Error: Facebook Open Graph Tags cache NOT updated/purged.
Facebook returned: Object at URL ‘http://xtremecsc.com/how-to-do-a-one-legged-pistol-squat/’ of type ‘website’ is invalid because it specifies multiple ‘og:url’ values: http://xtremecsc.com/how-to-do-a-one-legged-pistol-squat/, http://xtremecsc.com/how-to-do-a-one-legged-pistol-squat/.

What does this mean and how can I resolve it?
