Hi, I’m getting a new error notification that I’ve never seen before,

…authentication rejected as source IP has a poor reputation

What does this mean and how can I fix this?

Hi, just wondered if anyone picked up my message?

I’ve tested my form and it seems to be connecting ok. Is this error on my side, or on the client’s side?

Hi,

Sorry, I’m doing everything and sometimes I miss 🙂

It’s on the SMTP server side, a small check shows that some of the hosting servers are marked with a bad reputation:

I the hosting company can fix it, I recommend moving to a more reliable service like sendgrid or mailgun.
