    I am getting the error message “Error collecting the API response” when someone tries to subscribe.
    the form had been working before

    Hi @marklcm,

    It looks like AJAX is not working on your site – our AJAX call is returning a 302 which is an odd error.

    Do you know if you have any security plugins or any restrictions on your site that would prevent AJAX from working?

    For an immediate fix, you could try disabling AJAX via our plugin’s settings: https://yikesplugins.com/support/knowledge-base/submission-settings/. That would help isolate the problem to AJAX-related issues at least.
