    Hi,

    I am currently using a test account from Stripe to test my payments.
    When a seller requests his payment he has to connect to Stripe and gets the following error message:

    {“error”:{“message”: “No application matches the supplied client identifier”}}

    What can I do here?

    I don’t recognize this flow at all, can you let me know wher Stripe is asking the Seller to connect to Stripe?

    Any live example, screenshots, or a video, would really help!

    hi,

    I use a marketplace plugin where people can register as sellers.
    The transactions should run via stripe. If the seller wants to request his money he has to create an account with stripe.
    However, he cannot do this because the error message appears.

    Hi @flonow

    Sorry for missing your reply here.

    If the seller wants to request his money he has to create an account with stripe.

    That sounds like you are not using the Stripe plugin and is part of the Marketplace plugin you use so if you’re still having trouble with this, please do speak to that plugin author.

    As this isn’t part of our Stripe plugin, I’m going to mark this thread as Resolved.
