    Hi I had created a form with attached a pdf with only one field (Name) and it worked correctly. Now I’ve tried to create one where there are two fields (Name and number) but it introduces me to this error:

    An error occurred while sending your message. Please try again.

    Maybe I’m wrong about the process, mapping on both fields and entering the tag , in the same way I did the previous time.

    This is probably unrelated to the plugin. Sometimes, PDF file size can be an issue with email. Try disabling attachment of the file to the email message and add the download link to the form response instead. If it works, that means your issue is with your SMTP server.
