After a purchase has been done, this message shows up at the top:

Hello @aventador

This is issue with your theme – somehow it is intercepting (probably) the request and makes it fail even if everything is all right.

There are two possibilities – either to check what is in the line 11 of header.php file in your theme or to contact us: [email protected]
