error message after checkout

Hi, we are getting this error message whenever we get past the checkout page
Sorry, this order is invalid and cannot be paid for. on https://greentonic.netWe have used your plugin on other websites and is working well and we have used all the same plugins and theme, but we keep getting this error message, we are using the current woocommerce and redsys plugin.

Redsys and Plugin must be both on test or live mode, and remember that live and test mode has different SHA256.
Can the problem be any of the above?
Hi thanks for the reply, with regards to redsys and plugin, what plugin are you referring to? At the moment redsys plugin is using test mode, is there somewhere elese i need to set to test? Thanks

Can you add a screenshot error please?
And the Redsys plugins log. WooCommerce > Status > Logs > select the latest Redsys logs.

The log is from WooCommerce, not from Redsys, but maybe is an error with a template theme.

This error is very strange.
If you deactivate the Redsys plugin, doesn’t the error screen at checkout?
Hi if I deactivate the plugin, then I have no payment gateway so cannot proceed after checkout to check error message. Thanks
Ok i added take cheque as a payment gateway, and it goes through fine
So the error is when you click to pay and you are redirected to Redsys.
I need the Redsys logs. The log that you pasted was WooCommerce logs.
how do i get access to the redsys logs? Thanks
Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs > And select the latest Redsys logs and press View.
If there are no Redsys logs, you must go to the extension configuration, and activate the logs, then try to buy for save some logs.
Hi I have checked and redsys logs were already checked, i unchecked saved and rechecked i then made another order same problems. No error logs either
