    I connected with my GPT assistant correctly and it is responding as it should, but at the end of every response comes the message: “The OpenAI API seems to be experiencing difficulties right now”. Can you tell me what’s wrong?

    Hello @marcelocs,

    Here are a couple of things to consider.

    Ensure that the API key is valid and entered correctly on the configuration page.

    Are you connecting to “gpt-4-1106-preview”.

    Do you have access to that model? Check in the OpenAI Playground.

    Do Chatbot ChatGPT work as expected without a Custom GPT Assistant ID?

    Hello!

    I’m using gpt3-turbo. The API is correct, the problem persists even if I don’t use the Custom Assistant.

    Have you run the Knowledge Navigator?

    Go the plugin settings, click on the Knowledge Navigator tab, find the “Run Schedule”, then choose one for example “Now”. Refresh the page to check that the Knowledge Navigator has run there’ll be an update in the status box with a message like “Status: Completed on 2023-11-27 19:47:46″.

    Be sure to refresh the page where the chatbot is and give the it another try.

    Yes the same problem with me. Every answer has a comment. It’s is disable in the settings.

    There was a logic error in the enhanced responses suggesting there was a problem with the API.

    Ver 1.7.0 should correct this.

    Let me know if you’re still seeing problems.
