error message after moving to windows server

Hello,
My hosting provider (sohosted.com) upgrades it’s backend portal. Because of this my website has to move to a windows server.
I transfered all data files to the new server without any problem.
But when I activate the Complianz plugin, top of website shows following error/warning message:

What should I do?
webpage not yet online, http://www.billekens.org still shows website on old server

hi @janbwordpress,

This looks like a server configuration issue. The server is blocking access to a plugin file with Complianz GDPR’s own plugin directory.

Currently, the server tells you that the plugin directory is not an allowed path.

Your hosting company can help you with this.

Hi Jan,

I visited https://www.billekens.org first, which seems to be on a IIS/Windows without any issues. Is the redirect to HTTPS after you went live on the new server?

Regarding the error: open_basedir restriction. This seems to be an issue with PHP restriction to some directories.

Maybe you can have a look at your restrictions in Plesk: See this forum thread:

I will contact tomorrow the Sohosted helpdesk. I have also a very good experience with their helpdesk, so I think it will be solved tomorrow.

Issue is solved by Sohosted.com.
They made some changes on server based on forum thread mentioned by @aahulsebos:
