    Hi there,

We recently upgraded the WordPress version site but now receive an error…

WooCommerce POS Pro requires WooCommerce POS. Please install and activate WooCommerce POS“.

Both are installed correctly and the license appears to be activated.

Have we missed some setting that needs to be configured?

    Thanks,

    Rob.

Hi! You should see an update to Pro in your WordPress updates, if not, please log into https://wcpos.com/my-account to download manually.

Both versions should be 1.0.0 or higher.

Hi, the license is only for one year. If you contact [email protected] I’ll take a look at it.

If anyone is having problems after upgrading and now can’t server customers, please rollback to 0.4.27 and wait a couple of days until there is a couple of bug fix releases.

Hi! You should see an update to Pro in your WordPress updates

@kilbot What you should have wrote instead is something like this

If you are a pro user, and it’s unclear if you are then please use [insert email address you posted, I am not copying that] for pro support. I would risk getting into real trouble here if I supported customers on this site.

For pro or commercial product support please contact me directly on via that email. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As all developer here are aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Or something like that. 😉
