Error Message Bug

When I am uploading a photo I’m getting three messages.
“”filename” is not a valid file.”, “Your file was successfully uploaded” and “you must select a file to upload”.
These all 3 show up after a file is uploaded. Is anyone else having these issues? Can anyone help me get them fixed??
