Error message contact form 7

Hello,
I’ve installed Contact Form 7 and Postman. Postman wizard confirms that configuration is successful, however the form isn’t working. An error message appears:
“Failed to send your message.”
Are you able to determine from the diagnostic test data below where the problem lies?
