    Hello, I do get the following error message:
    Fouten:
    2021-07-06 07:44:23: Er is een fout opgetreden tijdens het updaten van de lokale basis van SpamFireWall. Fout: CREATE TEMP TABLES: COULD NOT TRUNCATEwp_cleantalk_sfw_temp

    Can you please advise how to solve this?

    Please, try to enable the option “Use DELETE SQL-command instead TRUNCATE to clear tables” in the plugin settings: go to WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Use DELETE SQL-command instead TRUNCATE to clear tables” to “On” —> Save Changes. Let us know the results.

    Please, synchronize the plugin:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> press the button “Synchronize with Cloud”

    We need to know if the error persists after doing that.

    Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes;
    • WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and Delete.

    Then install it from this archive:
    https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip

    It will solve the issue. Did it help?
