    Hello Pdf invoice is not working. i tried to create the 2018 directory with the corrent permissions but still not working. This is the error message from the log.

    Can you please help me?

    It seems that you are using a custom template. You should update it to the latest version.

    hi thnx for you answare. what do you mean for a “custom template”? a woocommerce template file? is there a specific woocommerce template file that can influence this plugin? if yes can you tell me the file name.

    You are using a custom pdf invoice template called ‘add-new’. Please consider using the minimal template. You can select it within the Template settings tab.

    i tried but not working. this is the error:

    display_zero_rated_vat è deprecata dalla versione WooCommerce PDF Invoices v2.8 senza alcuna alternativa disponibile.

    I to am getting a similar error and have reported.

    “using a custom template”

    But i dont recall/have NOT implemented one.

    the error I am recieving is a “Error message detected – PDF file generation aborted.”

    Altho it on different line

    include(): Failed opening ‘/home/fcmarine/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php70/pear’)
    File: /home/fcmarine/public_html/wp-settings.php
    Line: 84

    But still seems to be because of this strange “using a custom template”
