I could not reproduce the error. I will need more details from your side.
If you have access to an error log will be great.
I can offer you some recommendations for the beginning.
- Update wordpress core to the last version 6.5
- Update CF7 plugin + Duplicate Killer to the last version
- Clearing Cache files
- Removing the existing .htaccess file and adding the default WordPress’s .htaccess (this could be done from cPanel or FTP access)
- Regenerating permalink via settings/permalink (just clicked on save button with existing settings)
- Uninstall and install again the Duplicate Killer form.
- Check if error message from Duplicate Killer tab is not empty somehow.
Also, would be great if you can provide more details about the issue.
This problem is present on multiple forms? Did you try to create another CF7 form and test it?
The CF7 form works normal without duplicate killer plugin? The notification for a succes sent is vissible?
I tried to complete the form on https://michinori-works.com and it didn’t work. It just spinning forerver.
