Error message during restore

    Hi,

    I am wanting to clone a WordPress site from one host, to move to a new host (as a sub-directory while we make some edits).
    I created the Backup in the old/existing site, but when I go to restore the URL in the new WordPress dashboard, I get the below error message:
    The plugin encountered an error while downloading the zip file,the following error message was returned:
    Error Message : Not Found

    Could you please advise how I can continue from here?
