    Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

That message should be closed now.

Are you able to close it and not have it come back?

Thanks so much for getting back to me. And no, if I close it, it just pops back up again.

    Hello,

Try refreshing your permalinks by visiting Permalinks under your site Settings and simply hit save. My next recommendation would be to revert back to the previous version, then update to the latest version. You can find prior versions here.

Thanks for your help. I did the refresh of the permalinks and it is still there. How do I go about reverting to an older version?

    Howdy caffryfrankel,

I am truly sorry this has been such a pain. We are aware of that bug and are trying to patch it in v4.1.1. Until then though downgrading is a great idea. Here is a tutorial on that process: Downgrading a plugin

Does that all make sense? Will that work for you? Please let me know.

    Cheers!

At this point, it doesn’t seem to be causing any problems so I am just going to leave it and hope that you fix it with the next update.

    Thanks.

Glad to hear things are working for the time being and thanks for the patience while we get a fix for this. Enjoy your week and thanks for choosing TEC!
