Error message: Failed to load…

I have just started getting the following message when making some changes to a post:

“Failed to load plugin: lists from url https://www.businessbythebook.com.au/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/lists/plugin.min.js”

My host suggested uninstalling and reinstalling, but I can’t see that option. Plus, any other suggestions?
