Error message – feed not working

    #190 – Error validating application. Invalid application ID. Here are some possible solutions to fix the error. **NOTE** This error is only shown to logged in Admins of this WordPress install

    Not sure what’s going on here. Have followed instructions to fix and no joy.

    Hi @greydog1964,

    Please update the Feed The Social free version to 2.9.7.1.

    There was an issue with Facebook’s “New Pages Experience” that our developers resolved with the latest FTS version, that was causing the #190 error.

    After updating FTS to the most recent version, you may need to acquire a new FB access token, generate a new FB shortcode, replace the old shortcode and after you update/publish, clear the FTS cache.

    After taking a look at your link, with the question mark in your profile, Usually we see this (question mark in profile) when a page is 18+ in the Facebook settings or if page is set to only be visible in certain countries.

    Check out your Facebook Business Page’s privacy settings and make sure that there are no age or country restrictions.
