Many who fill out my form and try to opt into my list get this message:

Error: Sorry, the nonce security check didn’t pass. Please reload the page and try again. You may want to try clearing your browser cache as a last attempt.

It is hard for me to fix since it works fine when I test it.

    What can I do?

    Hi Kim,

I’m fixing up some other items in the codebase in order to release a new version. I think I should be able to add the “Disable Nonce Check” as a setting (so you could just click a button in the admin) today. I will do my best.

    Kevin.

    Hi Kim,

Please download v6.3.14 and go to the “Settings” section. You’ll see a Yes/No checkbox for the nonce validation underneath the API Key field. Set this to “No,” save your changes, and test your forms. They should be working now 🙂

    Please let me know,
    Kevin.

I downloaded the new version and Checked the No. It is hard for me to test it at this point because it would work for me most of the time, just not my subscribers. So I will let you know if there are any issues, but hopefully this is solved.

    Thanks
