    Hi,
I got a message from wordpress. The subject is “We are experiencing technical difficulties with the site”.

In the mail, there are some error details, but I couldn’t understand what is the problem and cause.

How can I address this issue and where should I contact to know the details?

where should I contact to know the details?

Just to get this out of the way, if anyone contacts you from this forum directly, please let us know. They’ll be banned promptly as these forums are not for soliciting paid work.

Without dropping the entire log here (that does not work) can you provide some more detail from the error message? A couple of lines from the error may help.

Thank you so much for your support. I understand.

Let me share the part of the contents from the email.

WordPress has the ability to detect when a plugin or theme has caused a fatal error and notify you with this automatic email.
In this case, WordPress caught the error in the plugin Elementor.

    Error details

An error of type E_ERROR occurred in file (PATH)

    Error message:
Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method ElementorModules\Module::get_ally_external_scanner_url()

Please let me know if I should share more information.

    Thank you.

Unfortunately, this also appears to be only part of the error message. However, it indicates an error in one of the Elementor plugins you are using. Either Elementor itself or a plugin that extends it.

My recommendation: take another close look to see if you can see the name of the plugin in the error message. If so, contact the support team for the plugin in question to find a solution.
