Pretty sure it is unrelated to my plugin !!
Pretty sure it is your Plugin, because if I deactivate it the error is gone.
Take a look – no error, cause the plugin is not active any more…

When we try to log into your admin part, a popup appears http://das-ernaehrungshandbuch.de/wp-admin/
Therefore i assume that for secutity reason you add a plugin which ask for an apache authentication in your admin backend…
As the ajax request call this scripts http://das-ernaehrungshandbuch.de/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, therefore your site trigger this popup
As a consequence, it is not because without my plugin there is no popup that this is my plugin which generates such popup

Note : The ajax request in my plugin is designed to run the background process for checking for plagiary
So that might be just a conflict between two plugins?
I will deactivate the security plugin & see what happens.
