    Hi robertosalemi,

    You can add the necessary translation by yourself. To do so, please copy any PO file in wp-content/plugins/job-board/languages, change its name to google_captcha-it_IT.po and edit the translation. You can download the latest version of the program for work with PO and MO files here http://www.poedit.net/download.php. Also, we would be very grateful, if you sent this translation to us, so that we could add it in the upcoming plugin update. In acknowledgement of your contribution, we can specify your name next to the language of translation in plugin description on our website and on WP.
