Hi, i need your help. I’m getting this error when i try to enter my site.

I know there is also showing another plugin, but my question is why does it show some errors with your plugin? i’ve deactivated it, deactivated my cache plugin, and it still won’t work.

Hi @christiancfr!

Your problem happens, because you seem to use PHP7.4 or higher PHP version. We will release a new Smart Slider Free version soon, which will fix this problem, but on your website if I see it correctly, you also seem to have Smart Slider Pro. Is that correct? In this case you don’t need Smart Slider Free, so I suggest going to your Plugins list and delete the plugin called “Smart Slider”, while leave “Smart Slider Pro” being installed and activated. That way the errors generated by us should disappear.

Thanks for the answer. No, I don’t have Smart Slider Pro. So i guess i can solve it by rolling back to PHP 7.3 until the new release comes out, right?

Sorry, I saw it wrongly then. In this case you don’t have to go back to lower PHP, but you can use this installer:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/clqg9ilox2d85x0/smart-slider3-wordpress-free-master.zip?dl=1
which will be our next version. You should just go to your Plugins list, delete your current Smart Slider 3 (don’t worry, your sliders will stay) and install this one by uploading it:
https://smartslider.helpscoutdocs.com/article/1717-wordpress-installation#admin
and it should fix the issue!

But please note, that with this Smart Slider 3.5. version we had to make a lot of changes, which means that some options had to be deprecated:

Because of this, after update I suggest checking out all your sliders, to make sure they all look fine.
