Error message – Invalid site connection specified

    Hello there!

    When I try to login using Slack integration I always receive this message for one specific website.

    Invalid site connection specified. Please try again, or if this keeps happening, contact support.

    Any idea about what can be happening?

    Hello Deblyn,

    Since this issue is a bit specific and would require a bit more investigation can you open up a support ticket directly from your ManageWP account so that someone from the support team can take a look a this a bit further?

    You should just elaborate on the issue within the ticket and possibly include a screenshot of the error you are receiving.

    I’ve opened a ticket early this week. Ognjen drop some answer but still not enough to solve the problem.

    I couldn’t find any ticket number on my email or inside MWP dashboard

    You’d be able to find a ticket created by [email protected]
