Thank you for your question. Could you please try if it works with this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/backup-backup/ (you will need to create a new backup file)?
It appeared to create the backup ok but when I tried restoring on the temp site it progressed almost to 100% and then went back to 1% with a state of “Requesting Restore Process”

Tried it again and it worked?
In the new site I created I cannot run Elementor. Tried going into “safe mode” and deleting the migration plug-ins but nothing helped.

Which kind of issue you experience when you’re trying to enable / edit something with Elementor?
Do you see any error message or anything?
I’d recommend you to check PHP Compatibility and make sure that the plugin is supported by hosting where you restored the website.
For example WordPress.com hosting may not support this plugin.
WordPress just stays blank. I am using Hostgator for hosting. The original domain still allows me to edit in Elementor after installing your plugins. But the replicated site does not.
Actually it is Elementor that stays blank. WordPress seems to work ok.
