Error message not shown on failed login

    Hi,

    I am using Profile Builder for front end login page and there is no error message being shown on failed login. I see login=failed in the URL so I can display something based on that but I would have thought that the plugin would have displayed a default message of some sort.

    Hello @jmgodin,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    A message should be displayed when the login attempt fails. For example, when the password is wrong, there should be a message telling you that.

    Since you do not get any messages, let’s try a conflict test:

    ​​*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.
