    Hello @hassenkam,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have tested this on our end and the submit button keeps loading after entering the wrong password.

If the submit button keeps loading after you enter the password in partial content protection (PCP) form, it might be due to No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header issue. It happens when your site is HTTPS but you unlock the content in HTTP page.

To fix it, all you need to do is to redirect the HTTP to HTTPS automatically.

Please check and let us know if it works.

Well, I already use Really Simple Security (previously Really SImple SSL) to redirect to HTTPS, so shouldn’t it work then?

Or can you tell me exactly what else to do?

    Thank you

    Hi @hassenkam ,

    Thank you for the information.

Could you please help test protecting a page/post then use a password and checking if it works?

Additionally, could you share with us the hosting server and cache server you are using? Could you also help exclude the protected page (https://www.videnskabsklubben.dk/download-materiale-kontaktpersoner/) from the cache please?

    Awaiting your reply.

it works fine, when using correct password, but gets stuck on loading with no message with wrong password.

I had previously tried to deactivate all caching on the entire site, but that didn’t help anything.

Where, I don’t see any message?

Hi, I just wanted to say that you are not alone @hassenkam – I am facing the exact same problem. My hosting is Namecheap, I use Cloudflare (if it matters) and my site is set to HTTPS only. I tried with and without the Really Simple SSL plugin and the issue persists, so it’s probably a bug with the plugin.

I created my own support ticket via your contact form @buildwps. Looking forward to hearing from you.
