Error message Not valid page URL

    I have recently installed the facebook page box to my website however the error message “Error: Not a valid Facebook Page url” appears where the box should be. I have a working facebook page that has been active for a while. I copy and pasted my facebook page URL into the URL section of the settings. Why is it doing this? and how can I fix this?
