That is unusual – you mean the plugin cannot be activated (or it can be activated but it doesn’t do what it should)?
You can also use this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ultimate-social-media-plus/, the email icon in there & the subscription form have the same features. Does it work with that one?
