Error message on checkout page

Hi there,

I have been searching for weeks now and still haven’t found the solution.

When you put a product in your shopping cart on our website and go to the checkout page, when you fill in your address, an error message “Wrong format for cut off time” comes up. I have no idea where this is coming from, nobdy on Google has ever talked about this specific error, and with all related plugins deactivated, it still shows up.

Does anyone have any idea what is wrong with our website? 🙁
