Hey @abrown95 – it appears there is something on your server blocking Jetpack from working properly. It might be because of ModSecurity.
Could you please post your site URL here so that we can have a look? If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

Separate question: I have two WP sites and one shows a newer version of Stats that doesn’t allow me to see more than the recent additions to the subscriber list. Is there a way to revert back to the older version?
Hey @abrown95 – do you see the same issue if you check the stats from the WordPress.com dashboard? The Jetpack connection for your site is good, so you shouldn’t see the issue, but if you still see the same error, I think you should try after turning off the ModSecurity.
ModSecurity is applied by your hosting provider for site security, so you may reach them and ask them to temporarily disable it to check if that fixes the issue.

You can check the recently subscribed list at https://wordpress.com/subscribers/example.com?sort=date_subscribed
Replace example.com with your actual site address.
Or you can login to your WordPress.com dashboard » go to Jetpack » Subscribers to check the lists.
