Error Message: Something went wrong; internal server error while processing the

Dear All

I am getting the error message “Something went wrong; internal server error while processing the request!”

I have done the following without success:
-Enable WP Staging debug mode from its settings
-Exclude the caching folder wp-content/cache from cloning process
-Excluded wordfence from cloning process
-included define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true ); define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true ); in wp-config to enable debug logs

I have not been able to:
-Delete all files in folder wp-content/uploads/wp-staging by using FTP as the folder does not exist
-Find the debug log in wp-content/debug.log as the file does not exist

Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!
