Thank you for the topic.
We checked and noticed a problem related to the admin-ajax on your website.
The 302 status code is returned instead of the 200 OK status code.
That means the ajax request is redirected instead of the normal response.
See the screenshot below:
Please check what is the reason for the ajax not sending the correct request.
After fixing this case, the plugin operation will be fixed as well.
