    Hi dear Contactform7 team,

first off, I love working with CF7, because it is easy to manage and handle.
I do have a problem now though: When using the form – filling it out and pushing the send button, the orange message box appears. And yes, I know, that this means spam or the message is looked at as spam, but I do not know why. I have no “blocking words”filed.
I am really at the end of my nerves with this 🙂
I am using Impreza 6.8 with WP Bakery on WordPress 5.5.3. The PHP Version is 7.3 or higher. Recaptcha 3 is also installed and working.
I really have no idea, why this is not working. Maybe you have a hint for me? It would be very much appreciated. Thank you so much and have a nice day
    Greetings, Cora

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Hi,

I really do not feel comfortable doing so.
I need almost all plugins to show the website as is.
Is there no other way, you can help me?
If I listed all my plugins, maybe you could hint me to the one, causing problems?
Sorry, but my boss would kill me, if the website got damaged in any way 🙂

    Thanks so much
    Greetings

    I have the same problem.
Before it did not happen, I think it is due to one of the updates.

I also have the same error – Google chrome and Firefox works perfectly but when I try to submit via Safari this message appears

    Hi,
I have learned today from my boss, that he is receiving the mails, sent via CC7.
But why does the orange error box – which declares message as spam- appear then?
Potential customers will think that their request did not work, which is not really helping business. 🙂
    Do you have any ideas?

    Thank you

    Me again 🙂
I have found the solution for my specific problem.
I “renewed” the Recaptcha key for the website.
Everything is working normal again now.:)
