    System: Error while calling OpenAI: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received

    I get this error message when trying to use the chat shortcode. I get no response in the AI playground either. I pasted in my API key from Open AI but it doesn’t seem to be working… What might be the issue?

    That takes a very long time; are you sure your requests are not getting blocked by a firewall?

    Thanks! It’s working now. I deactivated Akismet and a few other plugins. Not sure which one was causing the issue..

    Super, glad it works @fysionett 🙂 Akismet should be fine, but it could be another plugin, or also could be an error produced by another plugin during the asynchronous queries. Keep an eye on your PHP Error Logs 🙂
