Error message when activating for network

Using the network admin panel (multisite),
I downloaded the new 1.3 version (Before that I had uninstalled the previous version which did not show the error below).

The install went fine, but when I pressed Active for Network I get this error message (Swedish):

“Tillägget saknar en riktig ‘header’.”

which I guess translates to “The plugin is missing a real ‘header’.

BTW, I did not see any info in the changelog for new ver 1.3.
