Error message when in Hebrew editing mode

Great plugin…

when in Hebrew editing mode an Error message in red appears at the top of the editing tools:

Failed to load content css: http://domain.co.il/wp-content/plugins/shortcode-ui/css/shortcode-ui-editor-styles-rtl.css
