I’m sorry you have troubles with the plugin.

Does this work when you do not specify a picture from the library?

If it works when you don’t specify a picture from the library, what is the URL of the picture? (the URL that appears in the “Master picture URL” text field once a picture was selected). If you don’t want to disclosure this URL here, you can mail me at [email protected]

If it still does not work when you don’t select a picture, can you pass me the JSON data that was posted to RealFaviconGenerator with the help of Firebug, Chrome dev tools or something else? (this is only if you have web development skills: then, you will know how to do this; else, forget it, this is a bit technical).
