    Hi There !

Thanks for your plugin, which seems to be awesome !

In fact, I can’t get it work. When I go Settings / Google Analytics Germanized, I can’t edit anything.

Each tim I try to edit something (my google analytics ID, the cookie notice…) I get a strange message : “undefined”.

Nothing is saved, so the plugin is unusable…

Is it a know issue ? Is a fix coming ?

    Thanks !

    Hi,

no, that is not a known bug. This could case in case of javascript or plugin conflicts in the backend.

Could you check your javascript console for error messages, please?
Please enable also your wp debug mode and check for error messages related to the plugin.

    kind regards
    Pascal

    Hi,

Were you able to solve the problem?

    Thanks and all the best,

I’ve never received more details from @gjamais, that is the reason why I’ve closed this ticket.

If you receive an undefined error, please check your JS console, in 99% it is an existing JS conflict in your backend or a conflict between this and another plugin.

    Hi there !

Sorry, I was very busy and couldn’t answer sooner.

I tried to identify the problem but wasn’t able to.

    So, I uninstalled the plugin.

Hi, I had the same problem:

after deactivating another Plugin (UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore) I could enter the Google Analytics code and save the data.

    Regards,
    Elke

Sorry for the late reply and many thanks for the hints.
Lucky me – the last update solved my problem.
Thanks again and all the best,
    Ken
